Global LP Keynote Discussion

This Tuesday, November 29th, our partner Rodrigo Louro participated in the inauguration of the Global LP Keynote Discussion, an event promoted by the Global Private Capital Association (formerly EMPEA), at The Bloomsbury, in London. The topic of the event’s opening discussion was Future-Proofing Global Investment Portfolios.

Topics discussed also included energy transition, changes in China, investor alignment, global technology and private credit investment opportunities.

In addition to Louro, Simon Faure, head of PE at IH International Advisors, Kathrin Kalau-Reus, head of PE at Bayerische Versorgungskammer, Bill Muysken, global CIO at Alternatives Mercer, Craig Thoburn, director and office of CIO at Future Fund and Elizabeth Weindruch, managing director of Barings.

The Global Private Capital Association, founded as the Emerging Markets Private Equity Association (EMPEA) in 2004, is an independent non-profit organization representing private equity investors managing more than $2 trillion in assets in Asia, Latin America, Africa, Central and Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
